Here is an article about Vitaminwater.
"Vitaminwater"
The other popular vitamin is drink "Vitaminwater." The Coca-Cola Corporation recently bought it from Glaceau. The vitamin water drink caused a stir when marketing stated that it was made up of vitamins and water. When the nutrition content of the vitamin water was examined, sugar appeared third on the list, with 33 grams of sugar.
This stirred caused enough of a fuss that the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CPSI) started a class action suit against Coca-Cola. They claimed that the sugar essentially cancelled out any healthy claims they made by saying the drink was primarily vitamins and water.
Stephen Garden was the main litigator in the class action suit, and Gardener says, "They added vitamins to crap. And it's still crap. Consumers shouldn't have to assume that the front of a label is a lie."
January 2011 saw Coco-Cola being prohibited from continuing to claim that their product was a nutritious drink.
