Leung - Rebrand Project

I can't decide between rebranding Axe or Oki sushi (where I work). Axe has a well established ad campaign that would pose a challenge to rebrand.

Oki sushi has a pretty well designed brand identity, but I would just love to redesign everything and create a more fleshed out campaign for them.  

These are the logos for the store and the coffee bar that are inside. They each are distinctive and I want to give the sushi bar this same treatment.
