I think this is a great spoof that at first glance would seamlessly pass as the really thing. It's not until you read the tagline and the actual logo that you realize the spoof. I see some improvements that could go into the copy and it's formatting. The type in the first ad is a bit too large and a bit too far when it comes to leading. Or a different typeface for the tagline might help. For the second ad I think that the light blue text box is a bit jarring just because it's a different blue and isn't really present in any other part of the ad. Maybe lightening up the sky so you don't need a text box or using a white text box instead.
