I think you did a great job recreating the image of the company. My only suggestion would be to make the image of the butterfly more apparent that it is dying. I think that the idea of the butterfly crashing is a great visual addition, but the black X isn't incredibly noticeable. I would play around with the butterfly more, but the rest of the ad is very well done.
