I really like where you're going with this! I love the first piece and also the slogan "be nobody like everybody" on the second piece. I think the third works best as a print ad as well
I think you're really close to something. I'm not sure I understand the 3rd and 4th image but the Mona Lisa is definitely working. I would just focus more on the everyone wearing North Face idea and hone in on the lack of individuality. These are all really strong compositions, though.
